Siam Social opened on Lebuh Noordin in January 2025, brought to life by Calvin Lim — a former banker with a sharp eye for interior design and a deep appreciation for good food.
The kitchen's authenticity traces back to 1000 Stars, a glamping retreat in Chiang Rai's Doi Pui mountains run by Calvin's brother, whose chef travelled to Penang to train the team here.
